Hacienda Beer Co. is a 15-barrel brewery nestled in Baileys Harbor, WI on the Door County peninsula. They graciously asked me to create designs for two of their new brews, “Tiny Shaka,” and “How Dare You Speak to Me”! You can visit them at their new North Avenue location in Milwaukee, or at Door County Brewing Co. in Baileys Harbor.

The crew at Hacienda is tight knit. They have countless running jokes, and they love to reference them in their beers. Tiny Shaka is, well, a goofy hand gesture. Honestly I’m not to sure of the origins for that one, but I had enough info to work off of. I love working with people who can joke around and have some fun with their brand!

“Tiny Shaka” earned a Communication Arts Illustration Annual Award of Excellence in Advertising. It also placed in Caña Magazine’s 2019’s Best Craft Beer Artwork.
